Usage priced, no surprises

Pay for a base, then only for what you meter.

Every plan includes an allowance. Go past it and the extra is billed per thousand units at the rate on your plan, on its own invoice line. Failed calls are never billed.

On every plan

Included regardless of what you pay

  • Failed calls are never billed
  • Per day usage broken out by endpoint
  • Owner, admin and viewer roles
  • Full audit trail on every change
  • CSV export of the metered log
  • Invoices itemised, base and overage split

Questions

Before you pick a plan

What counts as a unit?

One unit is one billable operation. A document parse costs between one and four depending on size, a table detection costs more, and a plain read costs one. Calls that fail are never billed.

What happens when we pass the allowance?

Nothing stops. Usage above the included allowance is billed at the overage rate on your plan, and it appears as its own line on the invoice rather than being folded into the base.

Can we change plan mid period?

Yes. The change applies from the next invoice, and the current period is billed on the plan you were on when it started.

Do you warn us before an overage?

Each workspace sets a threshold, and every account is measured against its projection rather than what it has used so far. Passing it raises an alert and, if a webhook is configured, posts to it.
